Condescending is one of the six traits in Dramanoes, and like every trait the printed deck gives it 12 Flaw cards and 12 Blame cards. Any Condescending Blame can be played onto any Condescending Flaw — that is the whole matching rule, and it is why those 24 cards belong together.
